We are seeking a leader to serve as Director of Nursing, with oversight of General Medicine (33 beds), Geriatric Med/Surg (35 beds), OB (27 beds), Labor and Delivery (13 beds, 4 triage, 2 ORs), Well-Baby Nursery and Transitional Nursery units.

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will have a master’s degree along with current or ability to obtain NYS licensure.
• Academic medical center or teaching hospital experience is required, along with five or more years in a leadership role.

Ideal candidates will also exhibit a strong commitment to professional development and clinical excellence. Demonstrated success in teambuilding, facility planning and improvement of the patient/family experience will be key.
