We have been engaged by 170 bed community hospital, part of a larger health system, to identity candidates for an experienced Histology Tech, located in East Texas about 140 miles from Houston.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Pathologist, processes all cytology and pathology specimens.  Also performs all pathology functions.


  • Minimum Education: Associates Degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Chemical, Physical or Biological science preferred
  • Minimum Experience: One-year experience in Histology laboratory
  • Required Certification: Histotechnologist (American Society of Clinical Pathology)
